facilities and services in the Glasgow area.

- Co-ordination of site inspections and familiarisation visits
- Suggestions for social and accompanying persons' programmes and pre- and post- conference tours
- Processing of applications for civic recognition
- Provision of delegate literature
- Computerised Accommodation booking service
- Advice on external and internal transport and transfers
The Convention Bureau can also provide a range of pre-promotion and on-site literature to help promote the
conference destination to potential delegates.
